Parlay X Web Services
Specification, Version 2.0
The Parlay X 2.0 specification has been defined jointly
between the European Telecommunications Standards Institute
(ETSI), Parlay, and the Third Generation Partnership Program
(3GPP). Parlay and ETSI hold joint copyright to this
documentation and both have agreed to make it available to the
public.
Parlay X 2.0 represents a substantial upgrade from the
foundation provided by Parlay X 1.0. In addition to specifying
new Parlay X web services, this upgrade reflects lessons
learned from industry experience with the Parlay X 1.0 web
services and the rapid evolution of web service
technology.
